Mommy & Me Class- Valentines Crafties!

This weeks Mommy & Me class also included some Valentines Day crafts... which is funny because Dan and I actually did similar ones for the Grandparents already, pictures of those to come later!

As you can guess I dressed Charlie up for his class... Thanks to some 2am online shopping (due to late night breast feeding of course!) and an addiction to etsy I found the perfect little valentines day outfit for him! It actually has a little bowtie that goes with the onesie, but I figured that might be a little too much for class.

And the best part of class, walking out into the sunshine and the beach afterwards! I love that the Mother Nurture center is right on the Redondo Beach Pier because on the days like today, when it is warm and amazing, Charlie and I get to play in the sun. It's days like today when I am reminded just how much I love my life!

Giggles and Kisses with Mema and Great Aunt Les

Charlie had a blast the last two days with Mema and Aunt Les! We know he loves his Mema, but he also really loved Aunt Les (especially her higher pitched voice!). It was the first time Les has been able to come visit us so we tried to show her a bit of Hermosa while she was here. We took a nice long walk on the beach to lunch and then spent the rest of the day reading books and playing!

Charlie got all tuckered out and enjoyed a nice long nap while we ate lunch at Scotty's- Mema's favorite restaurant!

San Diego or Bust...

We took Charlie down for the weekend to San Diego, his first time staying in a hotel! We originally had planned on going to the Wild Animal Park, but with all the measles cases we decided to avoid any big public areas like that... instead we had 2 days of hikes along the water and yummy food!

Super Bowl Sunday!

Dan & my usual Super Bowl Tradition was super yummy food that usually involves lots and lots of cheeses... so this year having to make it dairy & soy free proved to be a bit of a problem! Luckily a homemade Queso Dip made from actually yummy non-dairy cheese turned out AMAZING!!!!
